The theme for this Disney Paris hotel is 19th Century New England. Disney’s Newport Bay Club Hotel carries the idea well with a nautical theme and a seaside ambience. To get to Disneyland from the UK, one option is to take the most direct route by Eurostar from London. The service goes straight to Disneyland. It’s just a short walk from this hotel to the Disneyland Paris, but there are shuttle buses if needed.
Air travellers can use one of the services to Paris Orly and this can be from a number of provincial airports, as well as London. Shuttle buses transfer visitors to the park. A sea journey from Dover to Calais and then the train to Chessy is another option.
Disney’s Newport Bay Club Hotel has all the facilities expected from a top class hotel. Rooms are decorated in nautical blue and white, and have air conditioning, mini bar and well equipped bathrooms. On the higher floors there is the Admirals Club, where rooms are more spacious suites with breakfast served in the room.
Restaurants also have nautical flavour with seafood being a main feature of the buffet. The bar is called The Captain’s Quarter and there is also the Fishermen’s Wharf. For water fun and those still looking for a spot of activity, there is a big outdoor swimming pool, an indoor pool and a fitness room. For relaxation, the hotel has a sauna and steam room.
Disney’s Newport Bay Club Hotel provides some amenities for the children with the Kids Club which has video games, and The Sea Horse Games Club. Parents are expected to provide supervision in the play area.
