Med Link Lines run ferries in both directions going from Brindisi to Cefallonia and Patras, Greece. Med Link generally increases sailings to these popular vacation spots during peak summer months.

The Brindisi to Cefallonia route offers three departures a week during peak vacation times. This crossing has a total duration of 14 hours, 30 minutes and is serviced by the Maria G.

The route from Brindisi to Patras is offered more frequently at a rate of two to three times per week. These crossings run two to three times a week on a year round basis. Sailings from Brindisi to Patras are also onboard the Maria G, and the duration for the crossing from Brindisi to Patras is 16 hours, 30 minutes.

Med Link’s fleet consists of three ferries, although the Maria G is the most popular. It maintains speeds of 20.5 knots and has a 1,200 passenger capacity. It also accommodates vehicles with a car garage capable of housing up to 450 cars.

Additionally the Afrodite II, another one of Med Link Lines ferries, maintains speeds of 18 knots and can accommodate 760 passengers. This ferry also contains a vehicle terminal, housing up to 280 cars.

The fleet’s last vessel, the Agios Andreas can travel at speeds of 18.5 knots and is the fleet’s largest ship with a capacity for up to 1234 passengers. This ferry’s vehicle terminal, however, can only accommodate 250 cars.

Departure times can be found online, and reservations can also be made in advance, via online, the phone, or by going to the ticket office at the port of departure. In peak holiday times, reservations may be necessary to insure a spot on the correct ferry. Passengers boarding with a vehicle may also want to consider making a reservation in advance.
