P&O North Sea Ferries was once a company in its own right. Today however it is just part of the P&O conglomerate. It operates two services across the North Sea, from Hull to Rotterdam and Hull to Zeebrugge.
Sailings onboard the Pride of Rotterdam and the Pride of Hull on the Hull-Rotterdam route are available at 21:00 every day, with two ferries departing at this time. The arrival time the next morning in your respective port is 08:00. The Pride of Hull and her sister ship the Pride of Rotterdam pride themselves on the high standards they set for service, accommodation and passenger comfort. Facilities include a variety of restaurants, boasting a number of different cuisines, a fantastic choice of bars, cafés, a casino and onboard entertainment for all the family. All cabins come with an en-suite shower and toilet, whilst deluxe cabins have their own TV, trouser press and mini-bar.
When you sail on the Hull-Zeebrugge route, you will be onboard the Norsun and Norsea ferries. These take passengers to Belgium in about 13 hours, 30 minutes. Both ferries set very high standards with regards to passenger comfort. With a number of restaurants, bars and cafés, passengers are spoilt for culinary choice. When it comes to entertainment, there is a cabaret show and a casino. There is also a children’s play area and books and newspapers which can be used free of charge.
Disables travellers are catered for both onboard and at the ports, with good wheelchair access all-round, lifts onboard, disabled toilets and staff assistance if needed. It should be noted however that it is best to notify P&O staff when making your booking.
The ports of Hull, Rotterdam and Zeebrugge are well connected by road to the rest of their countries, and there are also bus services available which will connect you with the rail network or your onward destination.
