The ferry service from Pembroke to Rosslare is operated by Irish Ferries who use one vessel named the Isle of Inishmore to transport passengers and vehicles twice a day between the two ports. This is a modern ferry and completes the journey in 3 hours, 45 minutes.

Pembroke Dock, home to the ferry terminal, is easily reached by road and well signposted through south Wales. Pembroke Dock Train Station is situated near the ferry terminal and there are regular services for passengers. Local buses also provide services to coincide with ferry sailings.

Pembroke Dock boasts modern facilities including a spacious, comfortable lounge with a television. Refreshments are available from vending machines and there is a Tesco supermarket on the main road to the ferry port. The terminal building has disabled facilities in addition to standard toilets.

The Isle of Inishmore is a modern car ferry equipped with amenities to ensure that passengers enjoy their trip in comfort. Shops onboard sell newspapers, books and magazines, gifts, cosmetics, fragrances, fashion accessories and electrical goods. There is a bar and a good selection of hot and cold food is available from the choice of restaurants and cafés.

Entertainment is limited onboard the ferries but passengers can make use of the gaming machines and there are children’s play-areas. The passenger lounges provide excellent panoramic views with seats similar to those found on airplanes. Passengers wanting a little more comfort can upgrade to the Club Class lounge and cabins are available.

Rosslare Ferry Port is not far from the centre of Rosslare in southeast Ireland. Excellent rail and road links to all regions in Ireland make this an ideal gateway to the country. The ferry terminal has a restaurant and bar. In addition there is a selection of shops, a bureau de change, passenger lounges and toilets with baby change facilities.
