Zante Port is located on Zante, one of Greece’s Ionian Islands. Located to the West of mainland Greece, Zante Port offers ferries to mainland Greece and to Italy. This beautiful port is surrounded by greenery and stunning mountain scenery and is located near the centre of the stunning town.
Zante Port has basic amenities to keep you comfortable while waiting to depart. However as the town centre is so near to the port, you have time to take advantage of the amenities there. The town centre has a large range of shops, great restaurants and cafés.
At Zante Port, ferries depart to Kilini on the northwest coast of Peloponnese every day. There are six ferries departing at: 05:30, 08:00, 11:00, 14:30, 17:00, and 20:00. The ferries are operated by Zante Ferries and carries passengers as well as cars. The journey takes approximately one hour.
Hellenic Mediterranean Lines offers ferries that travel to Brindisi in Italy, taking just over 15 hours. Ferries are operated all year round, but during the winter season Hellenic Mediterranean Lines offers less departures to Italy. There are two departures during the week over the summer months that leave at 15.45.
At Zante Port Terminal you will find that it is accessible for disabled passengers. The larger ferries operating from Zante Port also are up to international standards and are equipped for those who are disabled. When making a booking it is advisable to tell the operator so they can arrange for any special needs.
Parking areas can be found at Zante Port. However the port only offers short term parking options. The port is located near to the main town of Zante. In the main town you will find many options for long term parking. The parking areas are safe and reasonably priced.
